"Pickup took way longer than expected"
I ordered ahead because I figured pickup would be quick, but I still ended up waiting around for what felt like forever. The line was barely moving, and everyone seemed kind of confused about what was actually ready. When I asked about it, I basically got a "sorry, we're working on it" type of answer, which didn’t really help much. The whole reason I chose pickup was to save time, so this was frustrating.

"Patient support left me frustrated"
I wasn’t happy with the patient support at all. I had some basic medical questions, but instead of getting clear answers, I felt like I was just being passed around. Isn’t the whole point of support to actually make things easier? The replies were slow, kind of vague, and just made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I’m not expecting perfection, but is it too much to ask for someone to explain things clearly?

"Delivery was frustrating"
My delivery just wasn’t reliable, the time kept changing and I had to keep checking for updates, which got really frustrating after a while, so I probably wouldn’t order delivery again unless they fix that.

I’ve shopped at Beyond Hello a few times now, the loyalty rewards just don’t feel like much of a perk. The points system is kind of confusing, and even after a few visits, it didn’t seem like they added up to anything that actually felt useful. I asked someone about it because I thought maybe I was missing something, but I still walked out feeling frustrated. If it’s supposed to make customers feel appreciated, it really didn’t hit that mark for me. I left feeling more disappointed than rewarded

"Bad first impression"
This gave me a bad first impression right away. The cart tasted burnt from the first hit, and the flower was dry and didn’t really smell fresh at all. For the price, I expected a lot better. It just felt old and disappointing, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Customer service finally replied... sort of"
I reached out to customer service about an issue I was having and then got to enjoy the thrilling experience of waiting forever for a response. When they finally did get back to me, it felt like they hadn’t read what I wrote at all, because the reply didn’t really help. I had to keep following up just to get anywhere, which was frustrating. Not exactly the smooth support experience I was hoping for. 1 star

"Convenient, but not especially memorable"
I stop by this shop mostly because it’s in a convenient spot for me, especially if I’m already in the area. I’ll admit, the main thing I remember is that it saves me from making a longer drive, which is nice. Parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on when you go, though I’ve also had times where it was fine, so maybe I only remember the annoying ones. Overall, it’s okay. Easy enough to get to, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

The place was okay, nothing really wrong with it, but the wait ended up being longer than I expected. I had ordered ahead, so I figured I’d be in and out quickly, but I still stood around for maybe 25 or 30 minutes. The staff were nice enough, and they just seemed backed up, so I get it. I was mostly just watching people come and go and thinking I probably should’ve brought headphones or something. Not a bad visit, just slower than I was hoping.

I stopped in the place felt unclean. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in a while, and the counters were kind of sticky, which was off-putting. I don’t want to assume too much, but it really seemed like cleaning wasn’t much of a priority that day...

"Mobile site really needs work"
I tried using beyond-hello.com on my phone it was a headache. Pages were loading slowly, the menu kept shifting around, and I had to tap the same buttons more than once just to get anywhere.
The checkout and ordering info also wasn’t clear, so I eventually gave up. Maybe the desktop version is better, but the mobile experience feels messy, and the company should really take responsibility for fixing it instead of leaving customers to struggle through the site

I stopped by and didn’t feel very welcome. The atmosphere was kind of cold and awkward, and it made me want to leave sooner than I planned. I don’t expect anything over the top, but basic friendliness and making customers feel comfortable should be a given.

I went on beyond-hello.com hoping to browse a few different options, but the selection felt limited. I’d click around thinking I found something, and then—nope, it was either out of stock, not available, or only had one size or choice listed.
Maybe it’s just my location, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it was still a letdown. I really don’t want to keep checking a site just to see the same handful of products every time.
